Whether you are replacing a single door or fitting out an entire property, use the collection to compare styles, materials, finishes, sizes and specifications and find the right door for your project. If you need help deciding before you shop, our internal oak doors guide explains the main differences between construction, style, finish and size.
Solid Oak or Oak Veneer
Every door here is oak, but there are two ways it is made. A solid oak door is machined from oak throughout, so it feels substantial, can be sanded back and re-treated over the years, and can be made to measure for an awkward opening. An engineered door uses an oak veneer bonded over a stable core. Both provide the natural appearance of oak, but construction, trimming allowances, finishing requirements and available options vary between products.
Check the individual product specification before ordering to confirm the construction, dimensions, trimming allowance and finishing requirements for the door you choose. You can also browse internal doors by material and finish if you want to compare the available construction and finish options before choosing a door.
Door Styles for Every Interior
Choose from a wide range of styles to suit different properties and interiors. Traditional and period-inspired designs include Victorian, Edwardian, 1930s, cottage and other classic panel and plank doors. Contemporary options include Shaker, Mexicano and clean-lined modern designs, while barn and ledged doors add a more rustic character.
If you already know the look you want, you can browse the range by style to compare the different design families.
Glazed, Panelled and Fire Doors
The way a door is used can also help narrow your choice. Glazed doors can introduce light between rooms, while panel and flush doors provide a more solid appearance. French, double, bi-fold and sliding designs can create wider or more flexible openings, while fire doors are available where a suitable fire-rated door is required.
Always check the individual product specification for the exact glazing, fire rating, construction and installation requirements. If you are choosing by function rather than appearance, browse internal doors by type to compare the available configurations.
Finish and Fitting
Oak doors come either unfinished or prefinished. An unfinished door can be treated to achieve the colour and level of protection you want, while a prefinished door arrives with its finish already applied. Finishing and trimming allowances vary between products, so check the individual product information before fitting.
Most veneered doors are available in standard sizes with a specified trimming allowance, while selected solid oak doors can be made to measure.
Browse the Range Your Way
With hundreds of oak doors in the collection, you can narrow your search according to what matters most to your project. Shop by type for glazed, panel, flush, French and sliding designs, or by style for cottage, barn, period, Shaker and Mexicano looks. Choose by material and finish to compare solid oak, veneer, prefinished and unfinished, or jump to popular sizes if you already know the opening you are filling.
