The Carini Long Light Glazed Unfinished Oak Internal Door brings light and a clean, modern look to any room, with a tall clear glazed light framed by raised mouldings on both faces and an oak veneer surface you finish in your own colour.

About the Carini Long Light Glazed Oak Door

The Carini Long Light sets a single, full height glazed panel into an oak veneer face, with raised mouldings on both sides that frame the glass and give the door depth. It is a modern choice that borrows light between rooms, well suited to hallways and living spaces where you want to keep things feeling bright and open. Supplied unfinished, it leaves the final colour and sheen to you.

Oak veneer face

The face is a natural oak veneer over a solid engineered core, showing the grain and warmth of oak. It is supplied unfinished, ready for you to seal in your chosen finish.

Engineered core

Beneath the veneer sits a solid engineered core that gives the door its weight and stability, resisting the twisting and warping that can affect lighter hollow doors.

Glazing

The door comes with clear glazing fitted in a single long light, framed by raised mouldings on both faces. It borrows light between rooms while keeping a sense of separation, and the clear glass keeps the look crisp and modern.

Sizes

Available in five sizes: three at 35mm thick (1981 x 686mm, 1981 x 762mm and 1981 x 838mm) and two taller, wider sizes at 40mm thick (2040 x 726mm and 2040 x 826mm). Oak lippings allow a small trim to fit your opening; seal any edge you cut as you fit it.

Finishing & Care

Supplied unfinished, this door should be treated before it is hung and then refreshed from time to time to keep it protected. Take care around the glazing and raised mouldings as you finish it. We recommend an oil from our Treatex Hardwax or Osmo Hardwax ranges, our tried and tested choice for oak internal doors.

Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £750 will qualify for free shipping!

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
