Belize Unfinished Oak 1 Light Glazed Internal Door

The Belize Unfinished Oak 1 Light Glazed Internal Door is a glazed version of the Belize, with a single large light set into a clean contemporary face. The glass carries the frosted vertical lines of the range, giving the effect of separate panels while bringing light into the room. It is one of our modern oak internal doors, faced in oak veneer over a solid core, so the design comes with natural oak grain.

It is supplied unfinished at 35mm thick in a wide range of standard sizes, each with a trimming allowance. The solid core makes a more substantial, better-insulating and stable door than a hollow core, and it sits neatly against oak skirting and architrave in a matching tone. The veneer is FSC certified, and the door carries a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

It hangs on standard hinges and takes a lever handle, so you can match the ironmongery from our door handles and hardware.

Being unfinished, it needs sealing before use: seal every face and edge, including the top and bottom, and keep the finish topped up, keeping oil off the glass. A suitable hardwax oil is all it needs; our door treatments cover what to use and the maintenance guide explains the routine.

What is this door made from?

This door has an American white oak veneer face over a solid engineered core, rather than solid oak. The core keeps the door stable in a heated house and the veneer gives the oak grain and tone.

How do I maintain this door?

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or excess moisture. For ongoing protection, we recommend a suitable hardwax oil; most paints, stains and standard varnishes are unsuitable and their use will most likely void the warranty.

Can I get my own glazing on this door?

Unfortunately, we do not offer bespoke glazing options on our doors.

What warranty does the Belize Unfinished Oak 1 Light Glazed Internal Door come with?

This product is listed with a 10 year warranty. To keep the warranty valid, keep your proof of purchase, fit and use the product for its intended application, and follow the supplier and manufacturer guidance for installation, care and any permitted trimming or alterations.

Delivery Information

Because it’s important that our products get to you in perfect condition and on time, we only work with trusted, reliable delivery companies who have an excellent reputation. To allow you to spend where it matters, the cheapest available delivery option will automatically be selected at the checkout stage. Don’t forget that orders over £750 will qualify for free shipping!

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for door orders and £25 for timber only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery page for more information.

For Standard deliveries, you will receive contact from the courier prior to delivery. For Express deliveries, you will not receive contact from the courier, with the aim to avoid delays in the Express delivery.

If you have chosen additional options for your items such as prefinishing, please allow up to an additional 10 working days for delivery. This will depend on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

Generally delivery is a weekday service. Couriers may however operate on weekends during busy periods. As such, we are unable to offer weekend deliveries, but this may be offered by the courier if they call to arrange your delivery date and time. Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

All delivery times given are based on orders being placed before 12-midday and the lead times are from once your order has been dispatched, not placed.

As unforeseen circumstances can, on the rare occasion, cause delivery issues, we do not recommend booking any tradesmen until your items have been delivered.

Flooring Delivery

Delivery is typically 7-10 days from order date. Your flooring will normally come on a pallet and be shipped using a kerbside delivery. We will call you before delivery to agree a date that suits as someone will need to be available to help offload. Please remember that our solid oak flooring is particularly thick and therefore very heavy. 65m2 will weigh approximately 1 tonne/1000kg.
