We started the calendar after we noticed high levels of DIY-burnout after the New Year; starting one too many ambitious projects at once and leaving them all half completed two months later (we’ve all been there). The calendar is designed to help you spread out these tasks across the year and keep your sanity in check. Not only does the calendar project explain the best tasks to be undertaken each month (painting your garden fence in January only for the drizzle to ruin your hard work is a serious motivation killer!) but we've taken the time to gather a list of all the tools you need to complete each job, and even included step-by-step instructions so you can get the job done right, first time. Now, we know it might not always be convenient for you to come back to the UK Oak Doors site at the start of each month to make a note of the tools you need and how to do each task, so we've turned our calendar series into a nifty little eBook for you to download on to your electronic reading device, tablet, smartphone or computer.
