In July 2013, we released a very special product: the chance for Monsters, Inc. fans to get their claws on Boo’s Door, the portal to the monster-filled world that formed the backdrop to Monsters, Inc.
We were so overwhelmed by the response of those wanting to get their claws on a Boo's Door for their little monsters, that it gave us an idea!
We rallied the talented UK Oak Doors designers and crafted a real life Boo’s door complete with pink flowers and gold doorknob:
Now we’re giving you the chance to make it yours AND do your bit for charity at the same time.
After a very close vote on Facebook we chose the very worthy Green Towers to be the recipients of all the proceeds of this monster auction. They do some great work with young people in their community, offering a wide range of leisure and learning activities as well as support and advice.
It’s a fantastic cause so please dig deep and help us raise a monstrous sum!
The Monster Facts
- When you click 'bid now' you will be asked to register - please do; it only takes a few seconds!
- The door is 2'6" by 6'6". UK Oak Doors can accept no responsibility should the door not fit the winner's door frame.
- It will be shipped to the winner free of charge within 7 days after the auction has ended and payment cleared. All proceeds of this auction will go to Green Towers Youth Project.
- Delivery to mainland UK only.
- The door is Boo themed on only one side so your little monster gets a Boo door whilst those on the other side see just a normal door – perfect for keeping those scary monsters at bay! If you’re brave enough to face a few night time monster frights then let us know and we can make the door Boo themed all over!
