Table of Contents
Last year we got so excited about the release of Monster’s University that we decided to celebrate by launching our very own, very special Boo's Door unfortunately after all the monster bills and mortgages had been paid, the average Monstropolis salary didn’t leave much to spend on magical doors. Thankfully it didn’t take much to persuade the clever monsters who brought Boo’s door into production to give up their secrets! Now you can put a smile on all your little monsters faces by building your very own Boo’s door*! You’ll find the instructions below, You’ll also need to print out Boo’s flowers – you can find them at the bottom of the page. Want to share this? UK Oak Doors are happy for you to spread the screams by publishing these instructions on your own site – but please do credit us as the monster’s responsible! *UK Oak Doors cannot be held to blame for any monsters entering your home as a result of building and installing Boo’s door.

    About the author

    Will Wheat

William has spent over a decade working with oak and timber doors — the grades and the grain, the construction and ironmongery, the finishes, and, above all, how a door performs once it's hung and facing the British weather. At UK Oak Doors he brings that hands-on knowledge together with a real eye for how a solid oak door should look and last, whether it's a traditional panelled entrance or a fully glazed garden door. His guidance is practical and refreshingly free of jargon — clear, considered advice that helps homeowners and trade buyers alike choose the right door, measure with confidence and fit it properly, so it looks the part and stays that way for years.
