Our Solid Oak Door Frame Lining Sets are perfect when looking to focus on the overall quality of your interior space. When investing in solid oak furniture, particularly doors, it’s vital to ensure the final look and feel oozes class. You can achieve that with this product, tired old lining sets can often stifle the wow factor you’d expect to achieve when hanging brand new oak doors. Strong and elegant door linings ensure your stylish doors will become a centrepiece and discussion point for any room. Our linings are available in a variety of widths and also feature movable stoppers to allow them to be fit in the best position possible. What's more, this set is supplied unfinished to provide you with the opportunity to add a personal touch. Our linings can be oiled or lacquered on site to enhance their overall appearance but also to give them a layer of protection against moisture absorption, spillages and scratches.

Door linings are a great way to improve the look and feel of your home. This set includes six pieces of wood, two 2.1m sides, one 1.1m head and door stops, for a total length of 10.9 meters.

250mm wide, 300mm wide = 21mm thick

Door Stopper sets included for the 70mm lining are 25mm x 12mm not the standard 50mm x 15mm sized door stoppers on all other sets

Door Stopper sets included have a bullnose profile on one side.

Our FD30 rated prefinished oak internal door frame is a fantastic way to easily fit a new frame in your home. With a quality American white oak veneer finish, you can match this door frame to any of our internal veneer doors. Made from softwood core, this door frame is structurally sound and guaranteed to withstand fire for a minimum of 30 minutes. This lining set features removable stops, so that you can use a variety of doors with different thicknesses. 

This prefinished oak door lining has pre-cut grooves which are design to fit a 15 x 4mm intumescent seal which is included with this product. The intumescent strip will prevent smoke seeping through the gaps in the door. Tested to the following standards:

BS EN 1634-1: 2008 BS 476-22: 1987 Durability: 1 million cycles

Solid Oak Double Door Lining Set

This handmade solid oak door lining set is perfect to ensure your internal or external double door is finished with a touch of quality. These are standard oak linings with the exception that they actually include moveable door stoppers, allowing you the option of fixing it to where the door stops. A neat and tidy fit is essential not only during the installation of the door itself but also for this product as well. Crafted in 3 x 2.1 m lengths, these sets are manageable and easy to fit, enabling you to easily create a look that showcases class and quality. Please remember that each size can be cut to size, i.e. a 170mm oak door lining kit can be used for 150mm walls simply by cutting 20mm off the edge.

If you are installing an oak fire door then most people choose to fit them with a fire rated door lining to achieve the maximum protection, if you are unsure if this is needed, please speak directly with your building inspector.

We now offer an unfinished, universal oak fire door lining that is FD30 rated to compliment our FD30 fire doors. The universal door lining has been trenched with a 20x4mm groove for the intumescent strips (sold separately) and is supplied with loose stops. It can accomodate doors upto 838mm in width and 2040mm in height due to the upright lengths being a handy 2130mm.

The oak fire door FD30 lining is 32mm thick and available in two sizes - 108mm or 133mm, suitable for either wall thickness. As it is unfinished oak, we recommend that you oil the lining prior to hanging any doors with a hardwax oil for internal doors.
